GAD-7 Anxiety Screen.

The seven-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder scale. Score each item over the last two weeks (0–3) for a total of 0 to 21, with the severity band and the ≥10 cut-point that usually prompts further evaluation. The GAD-7 is a free, public-domain instrument validated by Spitzer (2006). It screens — it does not diagnose.
